room in your home in order to give you a visual of "how to"
transform spaces.

* Proposal based upon the amount of work needed in order to
gain a speedy sale and the highest dollar amount for your

Half Day or Full Day of Home
Staging Or Interior Redesign
This service is for those homes that just need a little more
extra attention & expertise.
* Our 8-step Action Plan that we began in the Consultation,
will make dramatic transformations to the main areas of your
home.
* We will bring in accessories in order to complete the look
of each room, take great photos for your agents marketing
efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase to
complete the look.
New Listing Or Open House Staging Weekend (Includes
Completed Action Plan)
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to
go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make a
great first impression!
* A Home Staging Designer will spend two full days prior to
that weekend transforming your home into a buyers dream.
* The Designer will be working off of a detailed Action Plan
that will be given to the Home Seller in order to complete
the transformations at the end of the session.
